For Santa Barbara Real Estate area of West of State St area for the Home Estate/PUD market through 12/18/14 there have been 216 sales compared to 200 last year for a 18.8% drop and the median sales price went up from $872,500 to $965,500 for a 10.7% rise.

The median list price of $949,000 this year and the median sold price of $965,500 gives us a +1.7% positive gap and last year the median list price of $1,019,500 and the median sold price of $872,500 gave us a -14.4% gap.

For Santa Barbara Real Estate area of West of State St area for the Condo market through 12/18/14 there have been 117 sales compared to 103 last year for a 13.6% rise and the median sales price went up from $535,000 to $650,000 for a 21.5% rise.

The median list price of $749,000 this year and the median sold price of $650,000 gives us a -13.2% gap and last year the median list price of $852,500 and the median sold price of $535,000 gave us a -37.2% gap.
