The median sales price has gone up from $877,000 last year to $960,000 this year and the average sales price has also gone up from $972,701 last year to $1,161,232 this year. Those 187 sales took on average 31 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 35 days of escrow time you get an average total marketing time of 66 days.

For Condominiums on the West Side of Santa Barbara Real Estate for the same time period there have been 95 sales compared to 95 last year but the median sales price has risen from $530,000 to $639,000. The average sales price has also gone up from $617,537 to $778,338, Those 95 sales took 49 days on average to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 40 days of escrow time you get a total marketing time of 89 days.
