The median list price of $1,100,000 this year and the median sold price of  $913,187 gives us a -17.0% gap and last year the median list price of $1,019,500 and the median sold price of $1,055,000 gave us a +3.5.4% positive gap.

For Santa Barbara Real Estate area of West of State St area for the Condo market through 3/2115 there have been 8 sales compared to 3 last year for a 166.7% rise and the median sales price went up from $750,000 to $757,500 for a +1.0% rise.

The median list price of $747,000 this year and the median sold price of  $757,500 gives us a +1.4% positive gap and last year the median list price of $1,200,000 and the median sold price of $750,000 gave us a -37.5% gap.
