The median sales price has gone up from $875,000 last year to $961,000 this year and the average sales price has also gone up from $992,186 last year to $1,158,657 this year. Those 221 sales took on average 33 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 35 days of escrow time you get an average total marketing time of 68 days.

For Condominiums on the West Side of Santa Barbara Real Estate for the same time period there have been 119 sales compared to 107 last year but the median sales price has risen from $535,000 to $650,000. The average sales price has also gone up from $621,271 to $796,740, Those 119 sales took 54 days on average to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 41 days of escrow time you get a total marketing time of 96 days.
