The Condo market for the Goleta Real Estate North area of Santa Barbara the numbers of properties available through 8/14/15 there have been 52 listings compared to 64 last year for an 18% drop. The numbers of escrows is down from 45 to 41 for an 8% decline and the sales are down from 49 to 36 for a 26% drop. The average sales price is up however from $461,923 to $521,794 for a 12% rise.

Goleta South from 1/1/15 to 8/14/15 compared to ’14 for the same period for Santa Barbara area

The Condo market for the Goleta Real Estate South area of Santa Barbara the numbers of properties available through 8/14/15 there have been 91 listings compared to 76 last year for an 19% rise. The escrows are up from 52 to 80 for a 53% rise while the sales are up from 52 to 72 for a 38% rise. The average sales price is up from $536,046 to $598,377 for an 11% rise.

West of State St from 1/1/15 to 8/14/15 compared to ’14 for the Santa Barbara area

The Condo market for the West of State St area Santa Barbara Real Estate the total numbers of listings through 8/14/15 is 144 up from 143 last year for a 0% rise. The numbers of escrows are up from 79 to 89 for a 12% rise but the sales are up from 68 to 84 for a 23% rise. The average sales price is up from $809,252 to $685,017 for a 15% decline.

East of State St from 1/1/15 to 8/14/15 compared to ’14 for the Santa Barbara area

For Condos in the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of East of State the total numbers of properties for sale this year through 8/14/15 is 148 down from 162 last year for an 8% fall. The numbers of escrows are up from 66 to 95 for a 43% rise and the numbers of sales are up from 65 to 90 for a 38% rise. The average sales price on those sales last year was $837,512 while the sales this year had an average sales price of $793,293 for a 5% fall.

Montecito from 1/1/15 through 8/14/15 comparing ’15 to ’14 for the Santa Barbara area

In the Montecito Real Estate area of Santa Barbara for the Condo Market the total numbers of properties available through 8/14/15 is 41 compared to 26 last year for a 57% rise and the escrows are up with 9 last year compared to 23 this year for a 155% rise. There were 9 sales last year compared to 22 this year for a 144% rise and the average sales price has gone down from $1,681,056 to $1,584,083 for an 5% decline.

Carpinteria/Summerland from 1/1/15 to 8/14/15 compared to ’14 for the same period for the Santa Barbara area

The Condo market for the Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate area of Santa Barbara the inventory through 8/14/15 there have been 87 listings this year compared to 57 last year for a 52% rise and escrows are up with 26 in ’14 and 71 in ’15 for a 173% rise. Sales are up from 28 to 64 for a 128% rise while the average sales price is down from $547,331 to $520,375 for a 4% decline.
