Montecito Real Estate for the first 5 Months of ’15 for Santa Barbara Real Estate

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Montecito Real Estate for the first 5 months of ’15 for Home Estate/PUD sales are down to 72 from 73 in ’14. The median sales price is up from $2.465 million to $3.047 million with the average sales price rising from about $3.375 million to $4.156 million. The numbers of escrows are also down from 87 in ’14 with a median list price of about $2.95 million to 79 escrows with the median list price rising to about $3.175 million.

Santa Barbara Real Estate in the Carpinteria/Summerland area for the first 5 Months of ’15

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate for Home Estate/PUDS for the first 5 months there have been 42 sales this year compared to 27 last year and the median sales price has risen from $860,000 in ’14 to $895,000 in ‘15. The average sales price has also risen from $1,962,156 in ’14 to $2,384,672 in ‘15.

For Goleta Real Estate North in the Santa Barbara Real estate area for Home Estate/PUDs market for the period of April 22 to May 22 ‘15 there were 29 sales this year with a median sales price of $927,500 and an average sales price of $1,046,561. Last year there were 15 sales with a median sales price $880,000 and an average sales price of $1,171,580.

Last year there were 24 sales with a median sales price of $929,000 and an average sales price of $1,082,672. For the same time period there were 27 opened escrows this year with a median list price of $929,000 and last year there were 22 opened escrows with a median list price of $1,021,500.

Last year there were 17 sales with a median sold price of $2,665,000 and an average sold price of $4,060,241. During that same time period there have been 20 opened escrows with a median list price of $2,995,000 and last year there were 26 escrows opened with a median list price of $2,775,000.
