Days on the Market 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 compared to last year for Goleta South

For Home Estate PUDs in the Goleta Real Estate South area of Santa Barbara Real Estate from 1-1-1-15 to 7-10-15 there have been 44 sales this year compared to 42 last year and the median sales price has gone up from $757,500 last year to $775,000 this year but the average sales price has gone down from $862,145 last year to $849,684 this year.

Hope Ranch Days on the Market 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 compared to the previous year

For Hope Ranch Real Estate Home Estate/PUDs from 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 there have been 19 sales compared to 17 last year. The median sales price has gone up from $2.812 million to $2.95 million this year and the average sales price has gone up from $3,272,294 to $4,089,552. Those 19 sales took on average 110 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 54 days of escrow time you get an average total marketing time of 164 days.

West of State Street segment of Santa Barbara Real Estate Days on the Market from 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 compared to the previous year

For West of State St in Santa Barbara Real Estate for Home Estate/PUDs for the period of 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 there have been 136 sales compared to 118 last year. The median sales price rose from $911,850 last year to $985,000 this year and the average sales price has gone up from $1,058,644 last year to $1,196,931 this year. Those 136 sales took on average 43 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 41 days of escrow time you get an average total marketing time of 84 days.

Santa Barbara East Side Days on the market for 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 compared to the previous year

From 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 in Santa Barbara Real Estate East of State St for the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 150 sales compared to 145 last year. The median sales price has come up from $1,226,000 last year to $1,265,000 this year while the average sales price went up from $1,394,636 last year to $1,512,046. Those 150 sales took on average 48 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 40 days of average escrow time you get a total marketing time of 89 days.

Montecito Days on the market for 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 compared to the previous year

From 1-1-15 to 7-10-15 in Montecito Real Estate for the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 101 sales compared to 104 last year. The median sales price has come up from $2.747 million last year to $3.15 million this year while the average sales price also went up from $3.436 million last year to $4.49 million. Those 101 sales took on average 74 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 34 days of average escrow time you get a total marketing time of 108 days.

Carpinteria/Summerland Days on the market for 1-1-15 to 5-16-15 compared to the previous year

From 1-1-15 to 5-16-15 for Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate for the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 56 sales compared to 32 last year. The median sales price has fallen from $975,000 last year to $923,000 this year while the average sales price also went down from $2,488,694 last year to $2,122,323.

Goleta North for the first 6 Months of ’15 for Santa Barbara Real Estate

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta Real Estate North for the first 6 months of ’15 there have been 101 sales compared to 87 in '14. The median sales price has gone from $850,000 last year to about $875,000 this year. The average sales price has also gone down however from $1,009,498 last year to $976,257 this year. The numbers of escrow is up from 98 last year to 129 this year with the median list price on those escrows rising from $849,000 last year to $885,000 this year.

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta Real Estate South for the first 6 months of ’15 there have been 43 sales compared to 40 in '14. The median sales price has gone up from $750,000 last year to about $775,000 this year. The average sales price has gone down however from $855,877 last year to $854,548 this year. The numbers of escrow is up from 41 last year to 52 this year with the median list price on those escrows rising from $764,000 last year to $778,500 this year.

Hope Ranch for the first 6 Months of ’15 for Santa Barbara Real Estate

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Hope Ranch Real Estate for the first 6 months of '15 there have been 19 Home Estate/PUD sales with a median sales price of $2.95 million million compared to last year when there were 15 sales with a median sales price of about $3.25 million. The average sales price has gone up however from $3.461 million in '14 to $4.089 million in '15.
