For Goleta Real Estate South area for the Home Estate/PUD market through 1/16/15 there are currently 13 properties available for purchase with an average list price of about $1,064,969. The highest price property is listed at $2,295,000 while the least expensive home can be had for $619,900 giving us a median list price for the area of $875,000.

The most expensive listing is on the market for $15.5 million while at the other end of the scale is one listed at $2.195 million giving us a median list price for the area of about $4.795 million.

For the East of State St area of Santa Barbara Real Estate through 1/16/15 there are currently 62 Home Estate/PUDs available for purchase in the area with an average list price of $2,525,186. The highest priced listing is on the market for $25 million while the least expensive property is listed for $595,000 giving us a median list price of about $1,475,000.

Montecito from 1/1/15 to 1/16/15 for Price Range Statisticys of Santa Barbara Real Estate

The most expensive listing is on the market for $35 million while at the other end of the scale you can get a home in Montecito for just $999,729 giving us a median list price for the area of $4.825 million. With all those listings we have 4 homes in escrow right now with an average list price of $6.425 million.

Carpinteria/Summerland of Santa Barbara Real Estate for 1/1/2015 to 1/16/2015

Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta North for the Last 30 Days from Dec. 9, ’14 to Jan. 9 ‘15

For Goleta Real Estate North in the Santa Barbara Real estate area for Home Estate/PUDs market for the period of Dec. 9, ’14 to Jan. 9 ’15 there were 10 sales this year with a median sales price of $870,000 and an average sales price of $947,054. Last year there were 12 sales with a median sales price $781,000 and an average sales price of $849,357. There were 13 escrows opened this year with a median list price of $939,000 and last year there were 7 escrows opened with a median list price of $795,000.
