Carpinteria/Summerland from 1/1/15 to 3/14/15 compared to ’14 for the same period for the Santa Barbara area

The Condo market for the Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate area of Santa Barbara the inventory through 3/14/15 there have been 34 listings this year compared to 22 last year for a 54% rise and escrows are up with 6 in ’14 and 25 in ’15 for a 316% rise. Sales are up from 5 to 15 for a 200% rise while the average sales price is down from $552,800 to $468,433 for a 15% decline.

Goleta North from 1/1/15 to 3/8/15 Price Range Statistics for Santa Barbara Real Estate

For Goleta Real Estate North area for the Home Estate/PUD market through 3/8/15 there are currently 31 properties available for purchase with an average list price of about $2.797 million. The highest price property is listed at $35 million while the least expensive home can be had for $139,000 giving us a median list price for the area of $1,297,500.

The highest price property is listed at $2,295,000 while the least expensive home can be had for $479,000 giving us a median list price for the area of $749,000.

Hope Ranch from 1/1/2015 to 3/8/15 Price Range Statistics for Santa Barbara Real Estate

The most expensive listing is on the market for $23 million while at the other end of the scale is one listed at $2.15 million giving us a median list price for the area of about $5.495 million.

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta Real Estate North for the first 2 months of ’15 the Home Estate/PUD market the sales are down from 17 to 18 with the median sales price up from $826,650 to $827,500. The average sales price is up as well from $1,022,214 to $1,069,322. The numbers of new listings remained stable from 41 to 41 with the median list price on those new listings going from $775,000 to $949,000.

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta Real Estate South for the first 2 months of ’15 there have been 9 sales up from 7 last year. The median sales price went up from $705,000 to $735,000. The average sales price went down from $809,571 to $725,377. The numbers of new listings is up from 9 to 17 with the median list price on those new listings falling from $722,000 to $720,000. The numbers of escrows is up from 7 to 19 with the median list price on those escrows up from $700,000 to $789,000.
