For the West of State St area of Santa Barbara Real Estate through 8/8/15 there are currently 42 Home Estate/PUDs available for purchase in the area with an average list price of $1.329 million. The highest priced listing is on the market for $3.995 million while the least expensive property is listed for $529,999 giving us a median list price of about $1,190,000.

East of State St from 1/1/2015 to 8/8/15 for Santa Barbara Real Estate Price Range Statistics

For the East of State St area of Santa Barbara Real Estate through 8/8/15 there are currently 95 Home Estate/PUDs available for purchase in the area with an average list price of $2,100,454. The highest priced listing is on the market for $14 million while the least expensive property is listed for $675,000 giving us a median list price of about $1,785,000.

Montecito from 1/1/15 to 8/8/15 for Price Range Statistics of Santa Barbara Real Estate

For Santa Barbara Real Estate in the Montecito Real Estate area through 8/8/15 there are currently 116 Home Estate/PUDs for sale with an average list price of about $7.37 million. The most expensive listing is on the market for $125 million while at the other end of the scale you can get a home in Montecito for just $699,000 giving us a median list price for the area of $4.5 million.

Carpinteria/Summerland of Santa Barbara Real Estate for 1/1/15 to 8/8/15

For Santa Barbara Real Estate in Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate for the Home Estate/PUD market through to 8/8/15 there are 26 properties available for sale in the area with an average list price of $3.295 million. The highest priced listing is on the market for $16.85 million the least expensive property can be had for $426,200 giving us a median list price of about $1.495 million.

Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st 7 Months of ’15 for Goleta North

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta Real Estate North for the first seven months of ’15 for the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 134 sales compared to 101 last year. The median sales price has risen from $850,000 in ’14 to $875,000 in ’15 with the average sales price going down from $1,016,527 last year to $955,769 this year. The escrows are up from 116 last year to 150 this year and the median list price on those escrows is up from $850,000 in ’14 to $889,000 in ’15.

Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st, Months of ’15 for Goleta South

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta Real Estate South for the first 7 months of ’15 for the Home Estate/PUDs market there have been 54 sales compared to 49 last year and the median sales price has risen from $758,800 last year to $775,000 this year. The average sales price has fallen however from $888,589 last year to $836,779 this year but the numbers of escrows has gone up from 45 in ’14 to 58 in ’15, while the median list price on those escrows has risen from $769,000 to $779,000.

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Hope Ranch Real Estate for the first seven months of ’15 for the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 21 sales compared to 19 last year. The median sales price has also gone up from $2.6 million last year to $3 million this year with the average sales price rising from $3.167 million last year to $4.161 million this year.

Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st 7 Months of ’15 West of State St

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area West of State St for the first seven months of ’15 for the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 148 sales compared to 127 last year and the median sales price has risen from $908,000 last year to $963,500 this year. The average sales price has also gone up rising from $1,039,756 last year to $1,233,994 this year. The numbers of escrows have also gone up from 128 in ’14 to 155 in ’15 with the median list price on those escrows rising from $946,500 to $1,055,000.

For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of East of State St for the first seven months of ’15 there have been 176 sales up from 157 last year. The median sales price is also up from $1,212,000 last year to $1,250,000 this year with the average sales price going up from $1.415 million last year to $1.481 million this year. The escrows are up from 161 last year to 184 this year with the median list price of those escrows going down from $1,289,000 last year to $1,249,500 this year.
